Genesis Youth Services, Inc. is more than a structured living environment—it’s a launchpad. Through our Independent Living Plus (ILP) Program, we guide youth ages 16–19 on their journey to self-sufficiency. Whether transitioning from foster care or residential facilities, ILP offers a structured, staff-supported environment that fosters growth, builds life skills, and promotes stability.
At Genesis Youth Services, Inc., we believe that every young person deserves the chance to stand on their own—with dignity, support, and skills that last a lifetime. That’s why our Independent Living Plus (ILP) Program is designed to guide youth through one of the most critical transitions in life: the path from dependency to independence.
The ILP Program serves youth ages 16–19 who are aging out of residential or foster care settings. Many of these young people have little to no family support, and face challenges such as homelessness, trauma, or early parenthood. ILP offers a staff-supported housing arrangement—a safe space where youth can grow in confidence and ability.
While ILP is temporary, it builds the permanent foundation young people need to live independently and succeed. At Genesis House, we don’t just provide structured living environment—we shape futures.
